Job summary

CSC Group Australia is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to drive custom and made‑to‑order work from customer sign‑off to production release. You will lead a small Estimating and CAD team, coordinate with technical and operations experts, and push for clear accountability across workflow stages.

In this newly created role, you will identify bottlenecks, build practical systems, and help convert repeat custom work into standard catalogued products, while aligning with procurement,

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning and project coordination in manufacturing.
• Familiar with custom/made-to-order workflows.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custom job workflow to ensure on-time production release.
• Lead Estimating and CAD team and set priorities.
• Oversee creation/release of production orders and BOM accuracy.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure component availability.
• Maintain a visual project pipeline with status and risks.
• Support new product development funnel and standardization of repeat work.
• Collaborate with SMEs to resolve issues and approvals.
• Monitor post-production reviews for learnings and actions.
