Job summary

Buildability Group Professional Roles – Sydney NSW is recruiting a Production Manager for Western Sydney. This permanent, full-time role leads a busy packaging manufacturing site, taking ownership of the factory floor and guiding a capable team to improve safety, productivity and quality.

• You’ve managed production KPIs, staffing levels and operational performance.
• You’ve proven experience managing large teams and multiple layers of leadership.
• You’ve delivered measurable improvements in productivity, quality or efficiency.
• You’ve developed and retained strong teams and taken a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

Production Manager – Western Sydney

We’re working with a well-established packaging manufacturer in Western Sydney.

They’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of the factory floor, lead a team through a period of growth and help raise performance across safety, productivity, quality and people engagement. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday on a day shift.

You’ll inherit a capable team and a site that’s performing well, but there’s still plenty of opportunity to put your own stamp on things.

What you’ll be doing –

A trade qualification, engineering background or tertiary qualification would be viewed favourably.
