Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a Production Machine Operator for the Swanbank factory in Brisbane, offering morning or afternoon shifts. You will operate manufacturing equipment and perform quality checks on concrete products, with training provided for data entry.

The position requires at least 6 months of manufacturing experience, a good grasp of numbers, and a valid driver’s licence; forklift experience is desirable. Expect consistent hours and a supportive team environment.

• Experience with data entry and basic computer use.
• Forklift licence is desirable but not required.

About Our Client

Our client specialise in the production of large concrete pipes used for bridges, highways and underground water systems. They are the leading provider of high-quality precast concrete products including reinforced concrete pipes, box culverts & concrete pits. They are seeking dedicated production workers, specialising in Casting or Reo works, based out of the Swanbank factory - both morning & afternoon shift available.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Production Machine Operator you will be working Monday – Friday and you will be based out of the Swanbank factory. You will be responsible for;

Responsible for operating machinery around the manufacturing facility

Quality testing product to ensure it meets the minimum standards

Data/number entry into the system (all training provided for this)

Morning Shift structure is; 4AM - 2:30PM Monday-Thursday | 4AM - 12;30PM Friday

Afternoon Shift structure is; 1:30PM - 9:30PM Monday - Thursday | 12:30PM - 8:30PM Friday

What You Will Need

Experience in manufacturing environment and production experience (min 6 months)

Experience working in a batch plant (desirable)

Must have strong ability to use computer and good with numbers/data

Proven work ethic and commitment to attendance

Valid Drivers Licence and car

Forklift Licence (desirable)

Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug & Alcohol testing
