Job summary

Workhorse Staffing in Sydney, NSW, is seeking reliable Production Operators for Day and Afternoon shifts at a leading steel manufacturer. The role offers long-term opportunities, ongoing training and career progression, with early finish Fridays and team activities.

You will learn to operate steel manufacturing machinery, perform quality inspections, and participate in basic maintenance and housekeeping while maintaining safety and production standards. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, steel, or industrial environments.
• Comfortable with repetitive manual handling.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and stable employment history.
• Willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and police check.

We are seeking reliable Production Operators to join a leading steel manufacturer based in South-West Sydney. With both Day and Afternoon shifts available, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term position with a company that values its people and offers ongoing training and career progression.
