Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Loader Operator based at a Concrete Plant in Burleigh on a full‑time, weekday schedule (6:30am–5:00pm). The role involves operating a Komatsu WA320 loader for stockpiling and loading, feeding materials to plant machinery, data entry for mixing, and general yard duties.

Candidates should hold a valid driver’s license and White Card, have a Loader Ticket (RII), and prior manufacturing experience, plus pass a pre‑employment medical and drug screening.

Job description

Our client is Australia's largest building and construction materials company. They supply raw materials like sand and stone, manufacture concrete and asphalt, and recycle old construction waste into new building products. Their materials are used to build roads, bridges, tunnels, and houses.

What You Will Be Doing

They are currently seeking a Loader Operator to be based out of their Concrete Plant in Burleigh. The successful candidate will be required to work from 6:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday and be responsible for the following duties;

Operating Komatsu WA320 Loader for stockpiling and loading machinery

Loading materials into plant machinery for mixing

Administrative tasks – data entry into computers for mixing machines

General yard and housekeeping duties

What is Required

Driver’s Licence + reliable transport

RII Loader Ticket

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
