Job summary

WorkPac Group on Kooragang Island is seeking a Front End Loader Operator to support industrial manufacturing operations. You will operate front end loaders, forklifts and batch blending equipment to mix fertiliser blends and load customers to specification.

Requirements include a current NSW Drivers Licence and a Front End Loader ticket, with previous loader experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Current NSW Drivers Licence (mandatory).
• Previous experience operating Front End Loaders in industrial, agricultural or manufacturing environments.
• Front end loader ticket.

Responsibilities

• Operate front end loaders, forklifts and batch blending equipment to mix and load fertiliser blends to customer specifications.
• Load hoppers, screens, trucks, bulk tippers, bulk bags and flat deck trailers.
• Receive and unload incoming product while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with administration staff and the Foreman to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.
• Assist with general yard duties, equipment maintenance and housekeeping.

Our client is experienced working in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment on Kooragang Island, supporting production operations, maintaining strict safety standards, operating equipment, and contributing to efficient day-to-day plant operations within a team-focused workplace.

What you will be doing:
