Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead batching and loading for our concrete fleet across the Perth Metro region. You will coordinate operations, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to quality standards.

The role emphasises safety, teamwork and proactive decision-making, with training provided for site specifics. A strong customer service mindset and willingness to work Saturdays are essential.

Qualifications

• Concrete batching and scheduling experience is desirable but training will be provided.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday, with overtime.
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screening.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability.

• Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to customers.
• Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business.
• Balance fleet allocation to maximise productivity and efficiency.
• Engage with customers and respond to enquiries.

Production Supervisor

Are you self-motivated and a team player? We have an opportunity for a reliable, committed and safety-focused individual to join our Team in Concrete Plant operations across the Perth Metro Region.

In your new role with us, you will:

• Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to our valued customers
• Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
• Balance our customers’ needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
• Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
• Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

• Front End Loader and forklift ticket is advantage but can be gained in the role

Heidelberg Materials Australia is a leading supplier of heavy building materials to the construction industry, through our network of over 300 quarry’s, ready-mixed concrete plants, logistics and support operations.

Concrete batching or truck scheduling / logistics experience is highly desirable however not essential as training will be provided. This opportunity is a permanent full-time role and required 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday - with ample overtime and weekend work, in accordance with business needs.
