Responsibilities

• Review production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Provide technical guidance to fabrication and production teams.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Support implementation of new equipment and technology.
• Assist with production planning and scheduling activities.
• Monitor production performance and workflow efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop.
• Support quality assurance and compliance with standards.
• Investigate process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Promote health and safety culture across the business.
• Assist training, mentoring, and technical development of staff.
