Pipemakers in Western Australia seeks a Production Engineer to lead project delivery, plant maintenance and Lean improvement on the shop floor. You will work with operations and management to implement engineering and safety enhancements.

You will drive waste reduction, manage maintenance using MEX, and contribute to safety governance and training. The role offers a clear pathway into leadership for those ready to grow with a respected WA manufacturer.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent trade qualifications.
• Experience in managing projects and WHS in high-volume manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and build relationships with diverse management groups.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead projects from planning to close-out within scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate teams, contractors, vendors and clients, tracking milestones.
• Drive production improvements and apply Lean manufacturing principles.
• Manage plant and project maintenance, using MEX for daily activity.
• Develop and improve safety systems, policies and procedures.
• Support WHS governance and conduct site audits and risk assessments.
• Deliver inductions and safety trainings with the Safety Administrator.
