• Trade qualification, engineering qualification, or relevant manufacturing background
• Possess a strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimisation, and manufacturing processes
• Experience driving continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Knowledge of quality assurance systems and manufacturing standards
• Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe work practices
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience mentoring, supporting, or providing technical guidance to workshop teams
• Professional, proactive, and committed to achieving high-quality outcomes
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and have no serious criminal convictions
