Job summary

Responsibilities include daily production prep, batch cooking, quality checks, stock planning, and coordinating with kitchen leadership to ensure smooth production runs. Candidates should be able to maintain product consistency across batches and keep work areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production prep and large-scale batch cooking according to standardized recipes, yield specifications, and precise quality standards
• Monitor food taste, texture, appearance, and presentation to maintain product consistency across all batches before packaging
• Review daily running sheets, complete prep lists, check stock par levels, and submit daily food/ingredient requisitions (including butchery and packaging)
• Keep work areas, equipment, and cooking stations sanitized, organized, and clean throughout shift execution
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen leadership (Sous Chefs/Head Chef) and support team members during daily production runs
