Responsibilities

• Prepares all mis-en-place in production sections for smooth kitchen operation.
• Prepares food orders with accuracy for prompt delivery.
• Controls food wastage without compromising on food quality.
• Ensures hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area at all times.
• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all the equipment under control.
• Assists Senior Chefs with ordering, stock rotation and deliveries.
• Ensures health & safety, hygiene and sanitation standards are adhered to.
• Complies with company break management policy.
• Responsible for maintaining tableware supply to operations.
• Any other duties asked by Supervisor.
