Job summary

Gourmet Dinner Service in Brookvale is seeking an experienced production cook for our high-volume kitchen. You will cook meal batches to a set schedule, ensuring consistency and great taste for daily outputs.

Qualifications

• Recognised culinary qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Cooking meal batches according to the daily cooking schedule.

Job description

We're seeking an experienced production cook for our kitchen in Brookvale. You'll be cooking in batches to a set schedule, so this is a role for someone who enjoys the rhythm of high-volume cooking and takes satisfaction in getting consistent, great-tasting food out the door. We're keen to hear from cooks with a background in food production, such as meal production, events and banqueting, nursing home kitchens, hospital or school catering. If you've worked in a high-volume kitchen and you're organised, reliable and good at what you do, you'll fit right in.

Key responsibilities

• Cooking meal batches according to the daily cooking schedule
