Job summary

Blink is seeking a Product Support specialist in Sydney for a hybrid role (3 days in the office). You will empower customers with world-class product and technical support, escalating complex issues to rapid response engineers and collaborating with product managers.

You will help build and maintain scalable support practices, use APIs when needed, and contribute to documentation and self-service options for customers and admins.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering product or technical support in SaaS or software environments.
• Ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable steps for customers and internal teams.
• Track record of meeting SLAs and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Become Blink product expert and serve as go-to for tricky questions.
• Triage and resolve technical support tickets with internal teams.
• Identify improvements to documentation, help articles and workflows.
