Blink - The Employee App in Sydney is hiring a Product Support role to elevate customer experience. You will become the internal and customer-facing expert, collaborate with Product Managers, and drive high-quality resolutions while expanding self-help resources.

You will work from the Sydney office at least 3 days a week in a hybrid setup, supporting both end users and internal teams, and helping prioritise improvements to reduce tickets and improve UX.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Support Specialist or Technical Support analyst.
• Ability to work from the Sydney office 3 days a week.
• Strong written communication for non-technical audiences.
• Proactive collaboration and prioritisation across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Blink product expertise and answer tricky product questions.
• Manage support tickets from triage to resolution within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritise improvements and refresh docs.
• Create enablement sessions and self-help resources for customers and admins.
