The role offers growth toward senior IT positions, with opportunities to deepen Windows Server, Cloud, and virtualization skills while working with a small team of experienced IT professionals.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
• Experience with Windows Server Setup 2016/2019.
• Experience with networks and network setup/maintenance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365.
• Experience supporting customers remotely or on-site.
• Strong people and customer-relationship skills.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for clients.
• Maintain computer/network/infrastructure/server environments.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with clients.
• Opportunity to advance to a more senior role with additional training.
