Job summary

Rest is seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of our member data and AI-enabled Business Insights products. You will guide a multidisciplinary team and work across business, data and technology to drive AI-enabled, self-service insights.

Experience leading data/analytics products and a track record of turning data into scalable, governed insights will be essential. The role is based in Sydney or Melbourne with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building product strategies and roadmaps for data, analytics or AI products.
• Experience delivering products from discovery to adoption and value realization.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms and analytics tooling, including Snowflake and dbt.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with technical, analytical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of data products, self-service analytics and AI capabilities, including generative AI.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for Rest’s member data and AI-enabled Business Insights portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, adoption and value realization.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of technical and analytical specialists.
• Partner across business, data and technology teams to translate needs into scalable data products.
• Drive evolution of insights through self-service analytics, automation and AI capabilities.
