Job summary

Endeavour Group seeks a Senior Product Manager - D&A to drive Data, AI, and ML products across Dan Murphy’s, BWS, and MixIn. You will shape roadmaps, lead cross-functional squads, and turn first-party insights into scalable media products that deliver measurable value.

This role offers hybrid work in Sydney or Melbourne, partnering with MixIn to deliver ethical, customer-first solutions that boost revenue and market impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and scaling Data, AI, and analytical products.
• 5–10 years in Customer or Digital Product Development, with Retail Media or AdTech advantageous.
• Agile framework fluency with cross-functional delivery.
• Strong communication for collaboration across diverse teams.
• Proven ability to balance short-term feature delivery with long-term roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience evaluating vendors and build-or-buy decisions.
• Retail or Hospitality sector experience is a plus.

• Product Roadmap Design: Design agile product roadmaps delivering meaningful value.
• Squad Delivery Leadership: Lead cross-functional squads to delivery.
• Stakeholder Strategy Alignment: Align data teams with business stakeholders.
• Backlog Value Prioritisation: Prioritise backlog to impact revenue and CODB OKRs.
• Commercial P&L Management: Manage product P&Ls and vendor selection.
• Strategic Dependency Balancing: Balance cross-team dependencies with D&A strategy.
