Job summary

NCS Australia is seeking a Product Manager (Authentication) to lead the CIAM transformation, shaping authentication policies and customer journeys across channels. You’ll work with UX, Architecture, Cyber Security, Fraud, and Engineering to deliver secure, seamless login, MFA, passwordless and session management improvements.

You’ll drive end-to-end requirements, align business decisions across Digital, Operations and Technology, and support SIT/UAT through to production release in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior BA in CIAM or security programs.
• Deep understanding of MFA, SSO, OTP, biometrics, passwordless, step-up authentication, and account recovery.
• Familiarity with OAuth, OIDC, and API-based identity services.
• Hands-on with CIAM platforms (Ping, Okta/Auth0, ForgeRock, or similar).
• Proven Agile experience managing backlogs, requirements, and SIT/UAT support.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Digital, Operations, Security, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the authentication roadmap across CIAM transformation.
• Collaborate with UX, Architecture, Cyber Security, Fraud, and Engineering to deliver secure experiences.
• Migrate channels onto common CIAM platforms and manage end-to-end user journeys.
