Qantas Airways is recruiting a Product Manager to define and deliver the product strategy, vision and roadmap for a key part of our next-generation booking engine in Adelaide. You will drive the evolution of the new re-platformed booking experience to enhance customer outcomes, optimise booking journeys and drive revenue.

You will leverage customer insights and human-centred design to shape initiatives that deliver measurable value while working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders

Qualifications

5+ years in Product Management, digital experience essential.
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Technology or Marketing.
Strong product management, analytical and customer-centric mindset.
Experience leading Agile software squads and cross-functional teams.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver product strategy, vision and roadmap.
Evolve the re-platformed booking experience for customers.
Leverage insights to deliver measurable customer and commercial value.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Advise on product direction, revenue growth opportunities.
