Job summary

Qantas Airways is entering a new Product Innovation Centre in Adelaide and will deliver a cross-functional, product-led technology transformation. As Program Manager, you will set delivery standards, manage risks and dependencies, and partner with stream leads to realise outcomes across SA and NSW.

You will lead large-scale teams, shape governance, and drive delivery discipline in a complex portfolio while reporting to senior executives.

Qualifications

10+ years in program and project delivery, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
PRINCE2, MSP, Agile or equivalent delivery certifications.
Proven track record leading large-scale delivery teams.
Experience across multiple delivery methodologies including Lean Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities

Maintain momentum and deliver outcomes for an established transformation program.
Set delivery frameworks, governance, reporting standards and controls.
Manage risks, dependencies and budget; ensure a cohesive outcome.
Lead cross-functional delivery across workstreams; partner with senior stakeholders.
Influence strategy and scale delivery practices in a large, matrixed organisation.
