Job summary

Qantas Airways in Adelaide is expanding its Product and Innovation Centre to deliver customer facing digital products and content experiences. You will work with a high performing cross‑functional digital product team as the translator between business, technology, and product opportunities.

As the Digital Producer, you will lead planning, viability and timely delivery of digital products, coordinating website enhancements, new products and mobile apps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a digital / web / content producer.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or Design.
• Experience across a wide range of digital products.
• Creative skills to oversee production of digital content and/or products.
• Ability to base strategy on strong research and data analysis.
• Copywriting and editorial planning for large ecommerce websites including SEO/SEM.
• Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target or Adobe Audience Manager knowledge desirable.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to drive web solutions.
• Experience in web platform development and content management systems.
• Familiar with Agile environments; Agile certifications such as CSM/PSM.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and browser interactions.
