Flare is seeking a curious, commercially-minded Product Manager to own meaningful customer and business outcomes. You’ll work in a cross-functional squad with engineering and design, partnering with commercial, partnerships, operations and compliance teams across Australia.

Competenze

Experience in Product Management or related discipline (Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Product Operations).
Ability to uncover meaningful customer problems and use data to drive outcomes.
Strong systems thinking and ability to navigate complex product ecosystems.

Lead discovery through customer conversations, insights, data and research to define problems and success metrics.
