Job summary

Flare, backed by MYOB, is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to own roadmaps and backlogs, collaborate with engineering and design, and deliver customer-focused outcomes across Australia. You’ll partner with teams across commercial, partnerships, operations and compliance to shape products used by millions of employees.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and backlog for your product area, aligned to Flare's strategy and focused on measurable customer outcomes, business growth and commercial impact.
• Lead discovery through customer conversations, support insights, data and research, turning what you learn into clear problems, priorities and success measures.
• Partner closely with engineers and designers to deliver the simplest solutions that create meaningful customer and business value.
• Get into the detail of delivery, from backlog refinement and technical trade-offs through to launch and post-release measurement.
• Think in systems, connecting customer needs, business goals and technical constraints across the broader product ecosystem.
• Build alignment across stakeholders and use AI tools to accelerate discovery, analysis, documentation and decision-making.
