Datacom is seeking a seasoned General Manager - Product to lead a high-performing team and drive the strategy, execution, and commercial success of a diverse product portfolio. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Go-To-Market and Customer Success to deliver outcomes aligned with business objectives.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, champion ITIL/ITSM best practices, and focus on managed IT outsourcing, Service Desk tooling, and customer experience technologies to accelerate

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading full product lifecycle from concept through delivery.
• Experience aligning product roadmaps with broader business goals.
• Strong leadership of product management teams and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers.
• Define and execute strategic product visions and roadmaps.
• Drive customer and business value across existing and new products.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and improvement.
• Identify opportunities to grow recurring revenue and market share.
