Job summary

Datacom is seeking a General Manager - Propositions to lead the strategy and development of IT Outsourcing propositions in Australia. You will own the proposition portfolio and ensure alignment with wider business goals while launching new products in line with market needs.

This fixed-term contract runs through the end of March, with options for flexible work arrangements. The role collaborates with sales, customer success, engineering, and marketing to deliver measurable value across Datacom's

Responsibilities

• Own the development and implementation of strategy for IT Outsourcing propositions.
• Lead the creation of value propositions, features, and benefits that differentiate offerings.
• Align proposition performance with Datacom roadmaps and financial targets.
• Collaborate with sales, presales, engineering and marketing to drive growth.
• Conduct market research, analyse feedback, and identify opportunities and gaps.
• Create collateral, tender responses, and technology requirements with the wider team.
