Job summary

Datacom is seeking a General Manager - Propositions to lead the development and execution of IT Outsourcing propositions, aligning with our overall strategy. You’ll oversee product initiatives, market research, and collateral creation to drive growth and market share.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across sales, presales, and delivery while guiding teams through multiple initiatives, budgets, and timelines, in a flexible hybrid environment across Australia.

Qualifications

• Market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and gaps for ITO
• Understanding and implementation of Product/Proposition frameworks and concepts
• Strong strategic background with ability to grasp the big picture

Responsibilities

• Own the development and implementation of strategy for IT Outsourcing (ITO) and Propositions aligned with Datacom strategy
• Lead the development and launch of new product propositions and collateral to support sales and growth
• Collaborate with senior managers to set strategic plans, budgets, and objectives and manage cross-functional teams
