Job summary

Datacom is seeking a General Manager - Propositions to lead the development and execution of IT Outsourcing propositions aligned with the company strategy. You will own market insight, product value propositions, and the go-to-market plan, collaborating with sales, customer success, and engineering to drive growth.

You will oversee new product launches, manage a cross-functional team, and ensure financial sustainability across the proposition portfolio.

• Proven ability to develop and launch customer-led propositions.
• Strong strategic background with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own development and implementation of IT Outsourcing propositions.
• Lead product proposition development aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Coordinate with sales, presales, and technical teams to drive growth.
• Create collateral, tender responses, and technology requirements.
• Manage budgets, schedules and ensure financial sustainability of propositions.
• Oversee and guide a multi-disciplinary team to deliver value.
• Partner with external agencies and suppliers within contracts.
