• End-to-end product design experience across learning-related products.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design within S Safe & Together Institute's product portfolio, including courses, credentials, guides, and e-learning modules.
• Reshape existing content for purpose by collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Integrate user research to structure and sequence products for learners.
• Lead exploratory and synthesis sessions with designers of varying experience.
• Recommend content formats (video, interactive, print, digital guide) based on learner needs.
• Establish a consistent visual and design language across the portfolio.
• Conduct design methods including user research, journey mapping, and prototyping with ethical engagement.
• Use AI to draft briefs, structure research findings, and synthesize input from learners and experts.
• Report to the Senior Product Manager on briefs, direction, and prioritisation.
• Collaborate across timezones and with diverse experts.
