Job summary

Aspirall Consulting International seeks a Lead Designer to join our boutique design and innovation practice in Sydney, Australia. You will lead strategic design projects for senior leaders, partner with consultants, and shape transformational learning programs.

You will apply OD, instructional and leadership design expertise with a creative, commercial mindset to deliver results for C-suite and boards across industries.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Instructional Design is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Adult Learning, Learning and Development, Organisation Development or Education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead high profile strategic design projects for blue chip clients, ensuring systemic, transformational and creative design.
• Take charge of research, head up strategic design and foresight for the team.
• Be business savvy, helping create new products and revenue streams.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the team specifically around design capability and skills.
