Job summary

Spin Personnel is seeking a proactive Product Coordinator to support a collaborative team developing custom performance apparel. You will help move product development from concept to production by tracking milestones, coordinating samples and approvals, and communicating with suppliers.

This hands-on role offers the chance to improve team processes through better use of technology, automation and AI, while maintaining accurate product information, supporting costing admin, and organising specs,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating product development processes.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Track critical-path milestones from concept to production.
• Coordinate samples and approvals; follow up on actions.
• Communicate with suppliers on status and issues.
• Maintain accurate product information across specs, artwork, tech packs and approval records.
• Support costing administration and related documentation.
• Seek opportunities to improve processes using technology, automation and AI.
