Rockwear, based in Sydney, is seeking a Production & Garment Technical Coordinator to drive end-to-end production coordination and supplier management for women's activewear. This hands-on role requires garment technical expertise from development through bulk delivery, including fit, construction, specs and quality.

The successful candidate will own the production path, challenge timelines, and find smarter ways to work while maintaining delivery dates and supporting the production team.

Formación

• 4–7 years' experience in women's fashion, preferably activewear or cut-and-sew garments.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, fit and measurements.
• Proven experience managing production critical paths and supplier relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive end-to-end production critical path from development to bulk delivery.
• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships and monitor performance.
• Provide technical guidance on fit, construction, specs and garment quality.
• Communicate technical comments clearly to suppliers and resolve issues.
• Balance technical requirements, cost, quality and delivery in production decisions.
