Job summary

776BC is a Melbourne-based apparel company focusing on athlete‑driven design. The Product Development and Production Coordinator will keep development moving through organised sample management, accurate product information and proactive factory follow‑up.

You’ll coordinate samples, submissions, approvals and outstanding actions, ensuring the team stays on track. This hands‑on role partners with Head of Product, Production Lead, Design, Marketing and Sales, plus offshore suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development and production coordination.
• Strong organisation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple samples and approvals across teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, label and log prototypes and development items.
• Maintain the Product Room with clear sample status records.
• Coordinate sample shipments, courier bookings and delivery tracking.
• Prepare samples for fit sessions, reviews and photoshoots; track loans/returns.
• Maintain the Product Wall with launches and milestones in collaboration with Brand.
