Epiroc in Perth is hiring a Product Coordinator - Underground to drive administration of the UMR capital equipment portfolio. You will manage quotes, secure approvals for bookings, and release products for customer sales, while coordinating with Australian teams on local builds.

The role requires strong admin skills, familiarity with the mining sector, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and ability to navigate complex equipment configurations are

Epiroc is now hiring a Product Coordinator - Underground based in Perth. This is a key position responsible for the administration of the UMR (Underground) capital equipment business. Including quote management, seeking approval for the booking, and releasing of product for customer sales, working with other business lines on local modifications for the Australian market. Supporting the greater UMR business and sales team as required.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Understand and perform all administrative process required from ordering equipment from the factory to customer delivery.
• Work with the AustralianProduct Deliveryteam on local builds to maintain agreed delivery dates, costs, and quality.
• Maintaining quote templates with the latest information.
• Administration of equipment in the UMR Underground Hire Fleet
• Become well versed in UMR (Underground) products and their available options
• Updating the sales team as required.
• Engagement with the other product managers around marketing and conferences
• Develop a understand the other business lines and how their product interacts/fits with capital equipment sales
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders; foster positive relationship with the other business lines to maximize all Epiroc opportunities.
