Job summary

Bluestone Recruitment is seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst in Melbourne to support continuous improvement across procurement, supply chain and commercial performance. You will analyse procurement data, identify cost-saving opportunities and help implement new systems and automation to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with procurement processes and supplier data.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• A proactive, resourceful and commercially minded approach.
• Experience with Timberline or WMS is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Analyse supplier pricing, purchasing trends, spend and procurement data.
• Identify cost-saving and cost-avoidance opportunities.
• Prepare supplier, category and spend analysis reports.
• Support supplier reviews, negotiations and performance management.
• Maintain procurement systems, registers, supplier records and pricing data.
• Assist with supplier contracts, renewals and governance.
• Identify and implement procurement and supply chain process improvements.
• Develop process documentation, procedures and work instructions.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation and workflow optimisation.
• Coordinate procurement and supply chain improvement projects.
