Job summary

ASX-Listed Consumer organisation is seeking a Procurement Operations and Governance leader to strengthen procurement governance, reporting, analytics, systems, supplier risk and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement Operations, you will lead day-to-day procurement coordination and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise, establishing best-practice frameworks and enabling enterprise-wide procurement transformation.

Hybrid working environment; Sydney-based.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in Procurement Operations, Excellence or Governance.
• Experience supporting enterprise procurement transformation.
• Strong reporting and analytical capability.
• Advanced Power BI, Excel and procurement systems experience.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management and supplier governance.
• Experience with Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua or similar procurement platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement reporting and analytics.
• Develop executive dashboards and procurement insights.
• Manage governance frameworks and compliance activities.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management processes.
• Support supplier risk and third‑party assurance.
• Act as procurement systems SME.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop procurement tools, templates and playbooks.
• Support procurement transformation programs.
• Partner across Finance, Technology, Legal, Risk and Procurement.
