Job summary

Hasfarm Australia is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Co-ordinator to support our procurement team across Australia. This hands-on role focuses on data, reporting, and coordination with suppliers, states, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

You will manage purchase orders, maintain data in SAP, monitor performance, and support promotions and contingency planning. Candidates with 2–5+ years in procurement and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and track purchase orders to meet demand and stock levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, 3PLs, and internal teams on orders and deliveries.
• Maintain product, supplier, and pricing data in SAP and other systems.
• Monitor procurement metrics and resolve invoice/receivals discrepancies.
• Support planning for promotional events and peak seasons.
• Assist with sample management and supplier communications.
