Job summary

SunPork Group is seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator to support day-to-day purchasing, stock coordination and invoicing for animal health and nutrition products across our Australian farming operations.

You will work closely with farm managers, suppliers and warehouse teams to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries and efficient processing, reporting to the Veterinary and Nutrition Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain administration.
• Experience processing purchase orders, invoices and stock transactions.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail for high-volume transactions.
• ERP system experience, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process purchasing and stock orders across Australia.
• Raise supplier purchase orders and ensure pricing aligns with supplier agreements.
• Maintain purchasing, receipting and invoicing records using ERP systems.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishments for farm operations.
• Collaborate with farm managers, suppliers and Accounts Payable to ensure timely payments.
