Danfoss in Sydney, Australia is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to sustain and improve global fulfilment processes across multiple sites. You will act as a SAP super user, drive production planning, cycle counting and inventory management, and support KPI reporting.

The role emphasizes data analysis with Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL, collaborating with Procurement, Plant Supply Chain Managers, and Sales to optimize costs and delivery performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in supply chain across multiple sites/countries.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge (Kanban).
• Experience with MRP, S&OP, capacity planning and production planning.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and SQL for data manipulation.
• Leads cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication across functions and countries.

Responsibilities

• Extracts and analyzes data to align with business needs, continuously improving analytics.
• Acts as a key player in supply chain excellence, improving on-time delivery and KPI reporting.
• Learns and drives internal projects to create efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Develops process maps and value stream maps for improvements.
• Performs root-cause analysis for sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborates with Procurement, Plant Supply Chain Managers, and Sales.
• Manages inventory through cycle counting and production planning as a SAP superuser.
