Job summary

Talent Guys Llc is seeking a procurement professional to support purchasing, PO creation, and supplier coordination in an Australian office. The role focuses on timely deliveries, accurate records, and system-wide improvements in procurement and inventory processes.

The ideal candidate will bring 2+ years of related experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel and Word to drive efficiency and cost savings across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating purchase orders and managing purchase requisitions.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services per requirements and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies in billing or orders.
• Maintain records of purchases and pricing information.
• Assist in developing and maintaining inventory management systems.
• Evaluate supplier performance and suggest improvements.
• Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
