Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement governance, procurement operations and contract management practices, including administration of procurement activities and documentation to support compliance, transparency and operational efficiency.
• Experience and understanding of procurement policies, frameworks, guidelines and governance requirements within a government or similarly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to prepare clear, accurate and user-focused guidance and correspondence.
• Proficiency in using records management and business systems, including managing document libraries, document lifecycle processes, version control and access permissions in accordance with legislative, organisational and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality and timely advice on procurement policy matters to ensure compliance with WoVG policies.
• Contribute to the development, design, implementation and communication of procurement policies and frameworks in alignment with WoVG requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and pragmatic, solutions-focused guidance to stakeholders.
