Qualifications

• Degree in business, architecture or construction management would be desirable.
• Knowledge of Victorian Government procurement principles and practices and associated risk management, and the portfolio property development and management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee outsourced facilities management service providers to ensure KPIs, government regulations and EH&S standards are met.
• Develop service specification documents and provide Public Construction procurement advice for the branch.
