The Senior Procurement Specialist at Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action provides authoritative support and advice to the People and Culture Division across procurement processes and systems, ensuring compliance with departmental and Victorian government policies.

This role requires experience in stakeholder management, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with Zycus and Oracle procurement applications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with Victorian Public Sector procurement practices and procedures is required.
• Proficiency or familiarity with Zycus and Oracle procurement systems or similar government procurement software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide authoritative support and advice to the People and Culture Division across procurement processes and systems.
• Ensure compliance with departmental and Victorian government procurement policies and guidelines.
• Respond to enquiries, monitor supplier performance and advise on mitigating procurement breaches.
• Liaise with internal People and Culture stakeholders, contract managers and other procurement contacts across the department.
