You will work with our Procurement Specialists and internal stakeholders to maintain records, analyse pricing and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or commercial administration.
• Understanding of sourcing, supplier management and purchasing processes.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and ERP or procurement systems.
• Experience with JDE, ScanMarket or Power BI will be highly regarded.

About the Role

At dnata catering & retail, our Procurement & Supply Chain team plays a vital role in supporting our operations across Australia. We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team in Broadbeach and support the delivery of efficient, cost-effective and reliable procurement services across our national network.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building strong supplier relationships and ensuring purchasing processes run smoothly.

Working closely with our Procurement Specialists and internal stakeholders, you will help maintain accurate procurement information, support sourcing activities and contribute to continuous improvement.

About You

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or commercial administration.
• Good understanding of sourcing, supplier management and purchasing processes.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and ERP or procurement systems.
• Experience with JDE, ScanMarket or Power BI will be highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider team.
• A relevant qualification or CIPS accreditation is desirable, but not essential.
• Experience in aviation, catering, food manufacturing or a multi-site environment will be advantageous.
