Job summary

AC Solar Warehouse in Cairns is seeking a detail-focused Procurement Officer to join our operations team. You will manage day-to-day purchasing, raise and track POs, monitor inventory levels and supplier details, and ensure timely delivery to support our growing renewable-energy business.

This hands-on role rewards accuracy, strong data skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced office with modern facilities and a collaborative team culture.

• Experience in administration (purchasing or inventory support) required.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail with data/systems.
• Good analytical and numerical ability.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain supplier/internal relationships.
• Commitment to following processes and contributing to improvements.
• A current driver’s licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day purchasing, including raising and tracking POs.

• Coordinate with warehouses and suppliers to ensure product availability.
