Job summary

Solar Foreveryone pty Ltd in Dubbo, NSW, is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations across our solar business.

Reporting to senior management, you will drive cost-effective sourcing, supplier negotiations, regional logistics, and continuous improvement while developing the procurement team and ensuring safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or transport operations.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with supplier and contract management experience.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, logistics, and warehousing operations.
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and team leadership skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and focused on operational efficiency and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct, and control procurement, storage, and distribution activities.
• Develop and implement procurement and inventory strategies to maintain stock at minimum cost.
• Manage supplier sourcing, RFQs, and commercial negotiations to meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Coordinate regional logistics including freight, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor inventory systems, stock movement, and re-ordering for continuity.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding material, transport and service needs.
• Ensure accurate recording of purchasing, storage and distribution transactions.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and process efficiency.
• Lead, supervise, and develop staff in procurement, supply chain, and warehousing.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Solar Foreveryone is seeking an experienced and motivated Procurement Manager for location in Dubbo for end-to-end procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory operations across our solar Business.
Reporting to senior management, this role is responsible for ensuring cost-effective sourcing, efficient supply operations, and reliable service delivery aligned with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct, and control procurement, storage, and distribution activities.
• Develop and implement procurement and inventory strategies to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost.
• Manage supplier sourcing, RFQs, and commercial negotiations to meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Regional logistics operations including freight coordination, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor inventory systems, stock movement, and re-ordering to ensure operational continuity.
• Coordination within the organisation, suppliers, and customers regarding material, transport, and service requirements.
• Ensure accurate recording of purchasing, storage, and distribution transactions.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and process efficiency.
