Overview

Position: Procurement Officer / Deputy Site Manager

Location: ACRWORLD, Adelaide, South Australia, Australia

ACRWORLD are on the lookout for an experienced Procurement Officer to undertake procurement and stores management activities for the Operational Assets in South Australia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on supplier onboarding, procurement requests, and orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records, arrange annual stocktakes, and resolve discrepancies in the CMMS
• Receive goods into stores, assist with unloading, and receipt items in the CMMS
• Support outage planning and execution by coordinating contractor requirements
• Collaborate with Accounts and Finance on purchasing, inventory, and receiving processes

Skills & Experience

• Forklift License
• Can-do attituded and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft suite of Office products.
• Energy, mining, utilities or Heavy industrial plant experience highly regarded.
• Knowledge or experience with procurement inventory
