AC Solar Warehouse in Cairns is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a 12-month maternity contract. You will lead the marketing strategy, strengthen our brand, and drive market share and revenue with a talented team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a similar B2B marketing management role with ownership of outcomes
• Ability to lead, develop and inspire a marketing team to achieve objectives
• Experience developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing strategic marketing plans and campaigns
• Strong knowledge of contemporary digital marketing, social media, content and brand strategies
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong commercial awareness to identify opportunities that support market share, revenue and growth
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract, commencing mid-to-late October 2026. The position is planned for 12 months, with the possibility of an extension or other opportunities within the business depending on business needs at the time.

This role is essential in developing and delivering the marketing strategy, strengthening our brand and driving market share, revenue and business growth. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, leading a team and turning ideas into effective marketing outcomes, this role offers an exciting opportunity.

You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy, leading and developing the marketing team, overseeing campaigns and marketing channels, and monitoring performance to maximise results. You’ll work closely with Sales, management team and key internal and external stakeholders to align marketing with business objectives, identify growth opportunities and continuously improve our marketing approach. Strong commercial awareness, leadership, communication, strategic thinking and the ability to manage competing priorities are critical to success.

Selection Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related field
