Job summary

NovoFit is seeking a Procurement / Internal Sales Assistant to bridge Sales and Operations, handling orders from confirmation to delivery. You’ll support procurement, stock transfers, and data entry in Netsuite, ensuring accurate order and PO tracking across projects and installations.

The role demands 1–2 years in procurement/administration, strong Excel skills, and a customer-focused mindset within a fast-paced team. Australian work rights are required.

Qualifications

• MS Office experience with strong Excel skills.
• Time in similar procurement, accounts or administration role.
• Minimum 1–2 years of procurement, accounts or administration experience.
• Supply Chain experience essential.
• Australian work rights required for this position.
• Customer service focus with drive for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of outcomes.
• Fast learner with flexibility to changing needs.
• Well-developed written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Sales and order management
• Maintain and report on installation schedules
• Organise and manage transfer of stock across NovoFit staging locations
• Organise and manage stock returns
• Provide fulfilments to warehouse based on the required delivery status
• Data entry and sales order management software – Netsuite
• Work within the procurement team to manage brand purchasing requirements
• Assist in management of international shipping – document reconciliation
• Team player with strong communication skills
