Job summary

Maas Construct in Sydney is seeking a Procore System Manager to lead administration, governance, and ongoing optimisation of the Procore platform across projects. You will work with the Head of Commercial and project teams to ensure Procore is implemented effectively.

The role requires 5+ years of construction project systems experience, an associate degree or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to train users of varying technical levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in construction project systems, Procore administration or related role.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in project management or software management roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration, configuration and governance of Procore across Maas Construct, including project setup, templates, workflows, permissions and system standards.
• Lead Procore implementation for new projects and provide ongoing support to Project Managers and site teams.
• Oversee management of project documentation, drawings, RFIs, submittals, correspondences and commercial information.
• Support Commercial teams with subcontract administration, commitments, variations, change events and related workflows.
• Maintain document control, system procedures and governance protocols, ensuring data integrity and consistent use of Procore.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Procore administration, support and troubleshooting, including project close-out and archiving.
